Job Description
Resideo is actively hiring a Software QA Engineer who can join their testing team in Bengaluru (Hybrid). As a tester, you will be focusing on the improvisation of IoT products, software systems, and related home automation solutions.
You will work with the engineering team during all phases of product development. In short, your aim will be to deploy software that has no bugs or defects; the software could be a mobile application, web application, IoT technologies, etc.
Responsibilities
- Work with the agile team and help during the SDLC.
- As a tester, you will be conducting the client-side APIs with the help of tools like Fiddler, Postman, etc.
- You have to work on the product releases and upgrades by managing the testing environments.
- Do the end-to-end testing of the software solutions with a prime focus on system integration, localization, etc.
- You will be interacting with the software that is connected to the hardware of the home automation.
- Automate the testing of the applications using tools such as Appium and Selenium.
- You have to create and maintain the automation test scripts using TDD and BDD for applications such as web, mobile, and APIs.
Eligibility Criteria
