Job Description
As a Test Trainee Engineer at GE Healthcare, you will be working on improving the product and process so that it meets the quality and regulatory standards. You will be working with a cross-functional dynamic team to meet the goals set by the seniors or the company. Alongside this, you will be involved with the continuous improvement of the process by using various quality improvement tools. Not only this, but you should eliminate any risks or defects by doing risk management.
Responsibilities of Test Trainee Engineer
- You have to provide product and process support by making improvements in the designs as directed by your seniors.
- You have to make sure that the quality and regulatory standards are met.
- You have to use tools like 5S, SPC, and DOE to improve the process improvements.
- Apart from this, you have to create a process flow diagram and validation plans for process validations.
- Alongside this, you have to conduct the failure analysis and make sure there are not defects.
- Work with risk management tools like Fault Tree, DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.
