Job Description
Solvative is looking to hire an experienced QA Engineer who will be working remotely with a team of other testers and developers. You will have to implement testing strategies and methodologies to check the quality of the product and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the existing products or services.
You will be a part of a dynamic team that follows the set of instructions to design, develop, implement, report, test, and reset the applications using the testing scripts.
Your overall focus will be to deliver high-quality solutions to the customers. Based on the needs and requirements, you have to use the automated or manual testing methods.
Responsibilities of QA Engineer
- You have to develop the testing processes for the existing products and for the ongoing and future products as well.
- Your testing methodologies should be able to change based on the company’s requirements.
- You must perform regression testing to find and resolve the defects.
- Identify the bugs, take the necessary actions to remove them, and perform the re-validation and re-testing to make sure the end product is bug-free.
- Do the regular code reviews and review the requirements as given by the customers, and later on, implement meaningful strategies.
- Design the automation scripts, code them, and use tools like Katalon Studio, Appium, or Selenium.
- Create the documentation of the product that will be used as a reference in future.
Eligibility Criteria
You should meet the following criteria to be eligible for the role:
- Must have 3 years of experience in software development and testing.
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Should have experience with Automation Testing.
- Should hold a BS/MS degree in CS/IT or a related field; otherwise, comparable experience.
