Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Growzical, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide - including your profile, company details, or documents - is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

Growzical supports multiple types of accounts, including candidates, employers/companies, colleges, and other platform roles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or block an account that violates these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse, or on request from law enforcement.

• Browsing and applying to job, internship, and grab listings
• Building and managing a candidate profile
• Creating and managing a company profile and hiring listings
• Purchasing paid bundles and career resources
• Joining community WhatsApp groups linked from the platform

Company profiles and job/internship/grab listings go through a review process before they are visible to candidates, and may be marked pending, under review, approved, or rejected. We may request verification documents to confirm a company's legitimacy, and we may remove or reject listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate applicable law.

Paid bundles and resources are processed through Razorpay. Prices are shown before checkout in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

• Do not post fake, misleading, or duplicate job/internship/grab listings
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or company
• Do not attempt to bypass platform security or access other users' data
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

You retain ownership of the profile information, resumes, and company content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Growzical a license to use, display, and share it as needed to operate the platform - for example, showing your candidate profile to an employer you've applied to.

The Growzical name, logo, and platform design are the property of Growzical Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our written permission.

Growzical links to third-party sites and community WhatsApp groups for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties once you leave our platform.

You may stop using Growzical and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Growzical is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in a job offer, hire, or any specific outcome. See our Disclaimer for details on the limits of our liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make changes, and significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
