Salesforce is hiring an Associate Proactive Monitoring Engineer in Hyderabad to join its Technical Support Engineering team. The role focuses on monitoring Salesforce platform health, identifying alerts and potential issues, analyzing logs and system metrics, handling support cases, and working with Engineering, SRE and Cloud Operations teams to resolve issues before they impact customers. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, along with 6–24 months of experience in technical support, IT operations, systems monitoring or a similar role. You should have a basic understanding of cloud, SaaS, web technologies, monitoring and troubleshooting, along with hands-on Salesforce Administration and working knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce data models and deployment. Experience with tools like Splunk, Datadog or New Relic, Python/Bash scripting, ITIL, Agile/DevOps or Salesforce certifications will be a plus. The Proactive Monitoring team operates 24x7, so candidates should be comfortable working APAC, EMEA and AMER shifts, including some weekends and holidays when required.
