SAP is hiring a Data Scientist in Bangalore for its SuccessFactors team, where you’ll work on AI solutions that understand enterprise business data and help power SAP’s AI agents. The role involves working with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge graphs, generative AI, machine learning and statistical models, along with platforms like Databricks, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, AWS, Azure and GCP. You’ll also work with product, engineering and business teams to turn real business problems into scalable AI solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and familiarity with knowledge representation, semantic data systems, graph databases or GenAI concepts. Experience with SPARQL, Cypher, GQL, OWL/RDF, machine learning libraries, enterprise platforms or agentic AI will be a plus.
