Job Description for Testing Associate

You will be working very closely with clients that belong to various sectors and segments, and also, you have to understand their requirements to deliver the best and more than their expectations. You will have to focus on the solutions and ensure that they meet the specifications and guidelines.

• You have to configure the system to make sure that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
• You need to ensure that the software solution is of good quality, it’s properly functioning, and reliable.
• You will have to do the pilot testing and work on the feedback for continuous improvement.
• Do the troubleshooting as per the needs and requirements.
• Once you get to know the business requirements, you need to perform an analysis to fill any gaps.
• Work with internal and external teams to align with the business objectives.
• You will be involved in the process of conducting the interviews and workshops to meet the client’s requirements.
• Work on the test cases and plans and later execute them with proper reporting.
• Raise reports or tickets if any bugs or issues are detected during or after the development.
• You have to ensure the integrity and quality of the software is met.
• Recommend the solutions to the anomalies that are identified.
• If there are junior team members, then you have to share knowledge and mentor them.
• Connect with the clients to address any inquiries they might have.
• Since you know the client’s requirements, you need to implement the new technologies and solutions to achieve the goals.
• Create the proper documentation of the project deliverables and design specifications.
• Make sure the documents are properly and easily accessible as a reference by the internal teams.
• You have to regularly update the knowledge article and contribute in any possible way.
• Finally, the overall and continuous improvement of the software solutions should be focused on.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a graduation degree (CS/IT), MBA (preferred) or related field.
