Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services is looking to hire a QA Engineer for their Hyderabad office; in this role, you will be working on the pre-build and under-development software or products and ensuring that they are reliable and of good quality.
The primary and foremost concern will be to deliver the products or applications without any bugs or errors. To achieve this, you need to work with internal and external teams, in short, with a cross-dimensional dynamic team.
Alongside this, you will connect with the clients to understand their requirements and create proper reports so that we can deliver what exactly the client is expecting. In case you find any errors during or after the development, you need to create proper finding reports and escalate it to the managers/leaders to make sure the final output does not contain those errors or bugs.

Responsibilities for QA Engineer Profile
- There will be some agile or, say, scrum-related processes in which you will have to do sprint planning, proper progress reporting, address potential risks and hold stand-up meetings.
- You will have to create, design, develop, and execute the automated and manual test cases and make sure that they are either complete or just removed, with an overall focus on product quality.
- You will have to maintain the test cases and plans with proper documentation to make sure the software development and testing guidelines and standards are met.
- Alongside this, I will work with multiple teams to achieve the single aim of developing robust and safe software solutions.
- Work with product managers and leaders and let them know about the processes and progress.
- Identify the issues with the applications and create a proper finding report. Finally, forward it to the relevant team so that the issues are sorted.
- Understand the project goals and work closely with the team to achieve them.
Eligibility Criteria
