Deloitte is hiring Project Services Associate – Data Preparation and Reporting to join its Talent Experience and Engagement team. professionals with 1–3 years of experience in reporting who have a good understanding of data preparation, reporting processes and workflow automation can apply to this role. This role require candidate to be responsible for working with data flows and reporting solutions using tools like Dataiku and Tableau. They also need to develop and maintain data pipelines, use Python scripts and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. The role will also involve preparing recurring and ad hoc reports by extracting, cleaning, formatting and validating data, while ensuring the accuracy and quality of reporting outputs. Along with this, the candidate is expected to troubleshoot reporting issues, identify data integrity concerns and maintain proper documentation for datasets, workflows, reporting logic and dashboards. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.

Experience in HR reporting or working with people analytics data will also be helpful. The position is based in Hyderabad, follows a 2 PM to 11 PM (UK shift) and is offered as a Fixed Term Hire.
