HBSPL is looking for Data Analyst Freshers for its team in Bangalore and Chennai. The role suits best for graduates with 0–1 year of experience or professionals ready to start their career in data analytics, business intelligence and reporting. As a Data Analyst, candidate will be working with data from different sources, clean and organize datasets, analyze information to identify trends and patterns, and turn your findings into meaningful reports and dashboards. The role will also involve working with different teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, along with an understanding of data visualization and data interpretation is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamis important for this role. HBSPL is open to graduates and postgraduates from any fields such as B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, M.Sc and MBA or related/ equivalent degree preferred. This is a full time role offers WFH/WFO or hybrid flexibility if needed.
