About the Role

Stable Money is hiring Software Engineer I (Backend) in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. The position is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, performance, scalability and availability. You should be comfortable with an object-oriented language, preferably Go or Java, and have experience building REST, gRPC and GraphQL APIs, along with a basic understanding of networking and security protocols such as HTTPS and SSL. Experience with AWS, infrastructure and CI/CD is also expected. The role involves building and maintaining critical backend systems, troubleshooting distributed systems and working in a fast-paced product environment. Experience in a startup, product company or fintech is a plus.

Design, develop, and maintain reliable backend services for customer-facing and internal applications

02Build and integrate REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs based on product and business requirements.

03Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using an object-oriented programming language such as Java or Go.

04Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles while developing solutions.

05Build systems with a focus on performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.

12Take ownership of assigned features and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
