Job Description
Oracle wants to hire a systems test analyst to join their QA testing team in Bengaluru. The company has a lot of technologies, such as Avamar backup solutions, Rubrik, Veeam, Avamar, and others, so you will have to work on these technologies by developing and providing support for the infrastructure.
In this role, you will be majorly involved in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the backup environment, such as VTLs, clients, storage, etc.
You need to ensure that the software solutions are working fine and are giving the required output. You will report the KPIs to the top management and to your team lead. Apart from this, you have to ensure that the agreed procedures and SLAs are in proper adherence.
Responsibilities of Systems Test Analyst
- Work with the IT Development team, IT management, support teams, testing teams, and other dynamic teams to ensure that the timely delivery of the solutions is done.
- You have to provide 2nd level support for the escalated issues.
- Create proper reports of all the issues and resolve them on a priority basis.
- Maintain the software and connectivity by analyzing the infrastructure functionality.
- Provide support to all products and ensure that they are properly in adherence to the support standards.
- Create new strategies, test plans, cases, and suites to validate the quality of the products.
- Maintain a common documentation library of standardized procedures.
- Work with operations and implementation teams to find the best solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
As per the eligibility criteria set by the company, you need to meet the following:
- You should have 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferable work experience in Business Process Centers and IT operations Centers.
- You should be willing to work rotational shifts in Bengaluru.
