Job Description
VeraSolutions is actively seeking to hire a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer who will play a very vital role in their quality assurance team. In this role, your major focus will be to maintain the quality of the software solutions developed by the company or that are under development.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the releases, which is why you need to thoroughly check all functionality of the application and raise a report if any defects are found. Apart from this, you will be creating test cases and strategies and later execute them to check whether or not the software is working as per the standardizations.
Responsibilities of Junior Quality Assurance Engineer
Talking about your daily tasks, then you will be doing the following things:
- Find the bugs or defects and help with their resolution.
- Implement the regression test when the bugs are resolved.
- Do the root cause analysis to find why the defect appeared in the first place.
- Do the code reviews of the software solutions to bring efficient output.
